Shopping and dining, hot chocolate, candy canes, marshmallow roasting, lighted parade, holiday photo booth, Grinch and Cindy Lou, Santa and Mrs. Claus, tree lighting and more are all a part of Roanoke’s Christmas in the Village on Friday, December 1 and Saturday, December 2.

Enjoy your weekend in downtown Roanoke with family and friends to celebrate the holiday!

Friday, December 1, enjoy shopping and dining, hot chocolate and candy canes, hot dogs and popcorn, a holiday photo booth and more, while you wait for the lighted parade on Main Street to begin at 7 p.m. After the parade, join us at Zent Commons where kids can meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, enjoy Christmas carols and more!

Letters to Santa forms will be available at Snickle & Fritz, 126 N. Main Street, in mid-November for children to fill out and bring to Santa after the parade.

Saturday, December 2, enjoy Sweets with Santa from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Roanoke Community Church, 148 3rd Street, and local shopping and dining while you stroll our decorated streets.

The Town of Roanoke looks forward to celebrating the warmth of the season and spreading some holiday cheer with everyone. For additional information visit the event link below.
