The Indiana Dream Center (IDC) is excited to announce that it has received a $3,500 grant from Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems for support in offering classes aimed at deterring kids from drugs and alcohol. This class will be a welcome addition to Huntington County, as the focus is on the kids.

It is anticipated the class will last six or 12 weeks, depending on each individual’s circumstances. Classes will be held at the IDC Revive Center and Op Shop in downtown Huntington. More details on these classes will be provided in the coming weeks.

Bendix designs, develops, and supplies leading-edge active safety technologies, energy management solutions, air brake charging, control systems and components for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, tractors, trailers, buses and other commercial vehicles throughout North America.

The IDC provides many resources to Huntington County and beyond, including mental health classes, drug testing services, small group meetings and operation of a Revive Center and Op Shop. The IDC is excited to offer these classes in our local community and is very thankful for its continued partnership and support from Bendix in providing positive changes in Huntington County.
