Jim Wilson, owner of Wilson Realty & Development, Inc., is planning to retire from his business and sell his office building at 261 W. Market Street. The building is a Bavarian Swiss Chalet Style building and shown at right. Wilson also plans to sell lots at 465 and 475 Forks of the Wabash Way, Huntington.

Wilson invites the public to three open houses at 261 W. Market Street with the first on Saturday, September 16; the second on Monday, September 25 and the final open house on Saturday, September 30.

The open house on September 16 will begin with the HIM Singers from Trinity United Methodist Church performing at 11 a.m. until noon with the open house beginning at noon. You are asked to bring your own chairs for the concert. The concert will be held on the parking lot of the business.

The September 25 open house will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at 261 W. Market Street office where you can take a look at the lots at 465 and 475 Forks of the Wabash Way.

The last open house will be on Saturday, September 30 with the Live Auction at 10 a.m., and a retirement party for Wilson held during the day.
