Tri Kappa invites you to join them for a one-of-a-kind tour in Huntington. Take a leisurely stroll through the shadowy downtown streets of Huntington. Hear stories of the unexplained and strange and maybe learn something new about the town you thought you knew. Listen to tales about buildings and homes you drive by every day.

The information is based on many historical wonders in Huntington history via the Huntington City-Township Public Library, Huntington County Historical Museum and actual accounts from personal experiences.

The walking tours will begin on Friday, October 21 at 6 p.m. with tours departing every 30 minutes with the last tour leaving at 8 p.m. Saturday, October 22, tours begin at 6 p.m. and depart every 30 minutes with the final tour beginning at 9 p.m. Starting point is the Huntington County Historical Museum, 315 Court Street.

Tickets are required for everyone attending the walking tour. With the limited number of tours, advance sales are encouraged. Purchase online at: huntingtontrikappa.com/events for $13 each through 11:59 p.m. October 20. As of 12 a.m. Friday, October 21, tickets are $15. Tickets may be purchased at the event for $15. By purchasing your ticket online, it will be your choice to use your ticket Friday or Saturday and for what time you want to do the tour. Simply print your ticket and present it at the event.

Tri Kappa is a philanthropic organization only in the state of Indiana and boasts nearly 7,000 members. President Angie Garcia states, “We’ve been in Huntington for 116 years. Raising funds through a variety of events and sales. This is a new event for us this year and we would love to have the support of the community to help us continue to give 100% of the proceeds right back to our community”.
