The Forks of the Wabash Pioneer Festival is proud to announce its 50th anniversary celebration, taking place at Hier’s Park on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27. Organizers are inviting community members, vendors and performers to take part in this special milestone year.
The festival is currently recruiting a diverse range of participants to help bring the event to life. Opportunities are available for antiques dealers, craft vendors, food vendors, historical encampments, engine and tractor exhibitors, farmer’s market vendors, motor car enthusiasts, Old Towne (1800s-style exhibitors and demonstrators), children’s activity providers and entertainers.
“This 50th anniversary is a significant moment for the festival and the community,” organizers shared. “We’re excited to welcome both returning participants and new faces to help make this year’s event unforgettable.”
Interested participants are encouraged to apply by the August 5 deadline. Space is limited, and early applications are strongly recommended.
