Dr. David Stehlik

Dr. David Stehlik, right, a professor at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, spoke to members of the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce’s Leaders EDGE group this morning about the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Chamber was pleased to welcome Dr. Stehlik and grateful for the opportunity to have him share his knowledge and expertise with local business and community leaders.

During his presentation, Dr. Stehlik explored the growing influence of AI on education, business, problem-solving, hiring and the workplace. He explained how colleges and universities are preparing students to enter a workforce that is increasingly shaped by emerging technologies. He also highlighted ways businesses can use AI as a positive and practical tool to identify and solve challenges, improve efficiency, enhance operations and support informed decision-making.

The presentation provided Leaders EDGE members with valuable insight into both the opportunities and challenges AI presents for today’s employers and employees. Dr. Stehlik encouraged attendees to consider how this rapidly developing technology can be responsibly incorporated into their organizations to improve productivity and address real-world business needs.

The Huntington County Chamber of Commerce appreciates Dr. Stehlik for sharing his expertise and providing Leaders EDGE members with an informative look at a technology that is continuing to reshape the way businesses and organizations operate.
