Juergens Hardware, a fourth-generation, locally owned family business serving Huntington since 1946, is celebrating its 80th anniversary with a special two-day event.

The festivities will take place on Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day at their store located at 2850 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington.

The celebration is not just about marking a milestone; it’s also an opportunity to give back to the community.

Juergens Hardware is hosting a fundraiser for the local Habitat for Humanity, inviting attendees to enjoy hot dogs, cotton candy and slushies, with donations collected to support the cause.

Families can bring their kids to enjoy a bounce house, adding a fun-filled element to the event. In addition to the charitable activities, the event will feature vendor specials and demonstrations on Friday, showcasing popular brands like DeWalt, Valspar, Broil King and 3M.

Attendees can also take advantage of sales on over 80 items, making it a great time to shop for tools, hardware and grilling essentials. For barbecue enthusiasts, Broil King will host grill demos on both days, offering tips and tricks for achieving great results every time. Juergens Hardware invites the community to join in the celebration, enjoy the festivities and support a worthy cause.

With its long-standing history and commitment to serving Huntington, the store continues to be a cornerstone of the local community.
