Jenna Wilkinson

Pathfinder’s chief community impact officer, Ashley Bostic, has announced the promotion of Jenna Wilkinson as the new Early Learning Center administrator/director of Early Head Start for the organization.

With two and a half years dedicated to Pathfinder’s Early Learning Center as the assistant director of Early Head Start and an additional eight years serving Bright Horizons Early Learning Center in Fort Wayne, Jenna showcases an extensive background in early childhood education, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. She also has a deep-seated passion for fostering the growth and development of young minds. Pathfinder is confident that her dedication to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment aligns perfectly with their mission of providing the highest quality early education.

“Jenna has been a dedicated employee at our Early Learning Center since 2021,” says Bostic. “I’m excited to see what new growth opportunities and positive changes she will bring to the ELC in her new role.”

Jenna has been an integral part of the community, contributing significantly to the growth and success during her tenure with Pathfinder. Her firsthand experience and keen insight at the Early Learning Center uniquely positions her to lead with a clear vision and understanding of the center’s dynamics. Jenna’s commitment to excellence and deep understanding of the center’s ethos makes her the ideal candidate to guide them into a future of continued success and innovation.

Wilkinson went on to say, “Pathfinder continues to present growth opportunities and has taught me the importance of leading through our core values to ensure success. I am proud to step up and continue to empower the great group of teachers we have here at the Early Learning Center,” said Wilkinson. “With positive changes happening and creating new connections within the community, I know we will establish a high-quality learning environment for all children and their families.”

Jenna begins her new role at the Early Learning Center effective immediately.
