Cholula Mexican Grill & Café has ribbon cutting

Cholula Mexican Grill & Café held their official ribbon cutting with the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, May 6. Cholula Mexican Grill & Café held its official Huntington County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting on Tuesday, May 6. The event was held at the restaurant located at 40 W. Market Street in downtown Huntington. The restaurant is owned by Saul and Maria Garcia and Justino and Daisy Tepehua.

The new restaurant is family-owned and operated, and recently opened in the former site of the Red Eye restaurant across the street from the Huntington City Police Station.

The restaurant serves breakfasts to include omelettes, breakfasts skillets, pancakes, Belgium waffles, French toast, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos and more. Lunch and dinner feature salads, several different sandwiches including specialty burgers, quesadillas, burritos, tacos, Birria pizza, dinner and fajita plates. Cholula also carries several different desserts.

The restaurant’s hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., closed Monday.
