Pathfinder Services chief community impact officer, Ashley Bostic, has announced the appointment of Phil Rogers as the new director of the Financial Opportunity Center for the organization.

Rogers has been with Pathfinder Services for 11.5 years, most recently as our lead employment specialist. His hard work and passion for supporting others have been instrumental in the growth of the Financial Opportunity Center.

“I am happy to leave the Financial Opportunity Center in the hands of a capable leader,” said Bostic.

Bostic went on to say, “I am positive that there will be continued growth and success in the department under Phil’s direction.”

Rogers’ extensive knowledge and experience make him uniquely qualified for this new role.

“I’m excited to take this next step and to work on the new challenges ahead,” Rogers said.

Rogers continued, “I’m looking forward to continuing the Financial Opportunity Center’s growth and bringing more opportunities to those we support and the community.”

Rogers begins his role as director of the FOC at Pathfinder Services on July 14.
