Heritage Days 2026 Parade Entry Form

If your business or organization would like to place an entry into this year’s Heritage Days parade, please download and complete the form and return it to the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce at 305 Warren Street, Huntington, IN 46750. The deadline to submit the parade entry form is May 31, 2026. Be sure to include your Certificate of Liability with your parade entry vehicle.
