There are five new housing additions currently being built in Huntington: Hunter's Ridge, Indian Ridge, Stoneybrook IV, Salamonie Glens, Hidden Hamlets, and Crown Hill Farm. These new developments could potentially bring in over 500 homes.

Charming farm homes on several acres are also available throughout the county. For those seeking comfortable apartment living, Huntington County offers seven apartment complexes with nearly 300 units.

A variety of styles is available to suit anyone’s needs and budget. The LaFontaine Center, a fashionable midtown hotel in its early years, is now fully restored and remodeled. It provides attractive apartments for senior citizens and the disabled. In addition, appealing townhomes specially designed for seniors are available in Warren and elsewhere throughout the county.
