Ryan Warner, President of the Bippus State Bank is the recipient of the 2008 Chief of the Flint Springs Tribe. Mr. Warner has been president of Bippus State for 21 years. He has been involved in numerous activities in the community, the schools and his church, Faith Chapel United Methodist Church.

Ryan has good naturedly taken on Heritage Days persona's such Elvis. He has keep his institution active in the Indiana Community Bankers Association and contributing to the Huntington County Community.

Present this morning to see him receive this prestigious community award where 17 past Chief's or surviving spouses, his wife Patty, 3 daughters, his parents and over 160 members of the Huntington County Community.
